Send an email from your registered email address to:

With the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Trill Route App”

Please include:

• Full Name

• Registered Mobile Number

• Registered Email Address

Our team will process your request within 7 working days.
 

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete:

• User profile information

• Login credentials

• Exam history

• Progress logs

• App activity data

• Stored preferences

• Uploaded files (if any)
   

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, financial, or compliance reasons:

• Payment transaction records (for accounting & tax compliance)

• Invoices and receipts

• Exam registration records (if applicable)

• Mandatory regulatory documentation

Retention Period:

• Financial records: Up to 8 years (as per Indian tax regulations)

• Legal compliance data: As required by applicable law

This retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
 

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

• You will lose access to:

  • Exam history

  • Documents and uploads

  • Rewards / points

  • Learning progress records
